Terms & Condition :

1) Company will bear the development cost.
2) Company has right to write any figure in the registration deed.
3) Registration & Mutation expenses will bear by the client.
4) Monthly installment must be paid within 10 of each month.
5) If any client fail to deposit the Monthly installment within the month he may pay the same next month with 100 taka Fine.
6) If any client fail to pay 3(three) regular Installment or willingly surenaded the plot. Company will cancel the booking and refund the deposited mony after 20% deduction.
